2. Who Can Use 2utr

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Educators must hold valid credentials and certifications

Account Types

• Parents/Families: Seeking educational services for children with special needs
• Special Educators: Qualified professionals offering educational services
• Institutions: Schools, therapy centers, and educational organizations

3. User Responsibilities

All Users Must

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the platform professionally and respectfully
• Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior
• Comply with privacy laws regarding child information

Parents/Families

• Have legal authority to share information about your child
• Ensure all shared information is accurate and current
• Maintain appropriate communication with educators and institutions
• Respect educators' time and professional boundaries

Educators

• Maintain valid professional licenses and certifications
• Provide services within your area of expertise
• Follow professional ethics and standards
• Maintain confidentiality of student information
• Report progress accurately and timely

Institutions

• Ensure all staff members are properly credentialed
• Maintain appropriate licenses and accreditations
• Provide safe and appropriate learning environments
• Comply with educational regulations and standards

4. Prohibited Activities

You May Not

• Share false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the platform for any unlawful purposes
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Share inappropriate content or communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Use automated systems to access or interact with the platform
• Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' experience

5. Privacy and Data Protection

• We follow strict privacy practices outlined in our Privacy Policy
• Child information is protected under FERPA and COPPA guidelines
• All communications are secured and encrypted
• Data is only shared with authorized educational team members

6. Platform Services

7. Fees and Payments

• Premium features and advanced tools may require paid subscriptions
• All fees are clearly disclosed before purchase
• Refunds are available according to our refund policy
• Fees may change with 30 days advance notice

8. Intellectual Property

• The platform, software, and all related content belong to 2utr
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you create and share
• You grant us license to use your content to provide our services
• You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to share content

9. Platform Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance and updates may cause temporary interruptions
• We're not liable for third-party service interruptions
• Users will be notified of planned maintenance when possible

10. Limitation of Liability

• We provide a platform for connections but don't directly provide educational services
• Users are responsible for verifying credentials and qualifications
• We're not liable for disputes between users
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months

11. Termination
